POSI CHECK Certification: a new international distinction for Es Saadi Marrakech Resort
A few days ago, Es Saadi Marrakech Resort obtained the POSI CHECK certification (Prevention Of Spread of Infection), a label issued to the whole Resort by Cristal International Standards, certifying the establishment’s compliance with the new regulations and standards of hygiene, quality and safety.
Es Saadi is the first establishment in Africa to receive this prestigious certification, strengthening its constant concern and commitment to ensure you a safe stay.
To obtain the POSI certification, Cristal has carried out a complete and detailed evaluation of the infrastructures, including rooms, common areas, kitchens and spas. Excellence criteria are thus rated and confirm the establishment’s ability to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 epidemic, while respecting the well-being of its clients.
Nevertheless, the infrastructures audit is not the only condition to be met in order to obtain POSI certification: an additional study regarding staff guidelines and training is also performed, as well as an evaluation of good practices in case of suspicion of affected staff or clients.
The Resort obtained the highest score in the country, placing the Hotel and Palace Es Saadi as a reference in terms of compliance with quality, health and safety standards in the luxury hotel industry.
Moreover, the Casino de Marrakech, the Epicurien and the Theatro are the first night-time venues in the world to be certified POSI CHECK by the Cristal cabinet.
