Eight hectares of gardens at the heart of Marrakech
When you come to Es Saadi, you are welcomed with authentic Moroccan hospitality.
We carry it in our family legacy—a genuine saga—, but also in our philosophy and in our walls, cultivating a rich heritage of architecture and craftsmanship.
A commitment to people, both our guests and our staff, and a strong devotion to our core values and the environment-these are the principles that guide us.
An invaluable and carefully protected gift, plant life is the pulse of the entire Es Saadi Resort. Imagine eight hectares of private gardens lush with palm trees, banana trees, olive trees, bougainvillea and delicate Marrakech roses… a peaceful scene interrupted only by the song of birds.
Enter the legend
Since the creation of the Resort in 1952, countless international celebrities and members of royalty have fulfilled the dream of artist and entrepreneur Jean Bauchet. Built in the aptly-named Hivernage neighbourhood, the Palace has played host to couturier Pierre Balmain, Josephine Baker, the Rolling Stones and Leonardo DiCaprio, to name just a few, who have all come to enjoy this oasis of understated elegance.
Step inside, and become part of history…
This is now the motto of Élisabeth Bauchet-Bouhlal, daughter of the Resort’s founder. Luxurious spaces, rare sensations…
She has followed in her father’s footsteps to become a “builder” and create the Es Saadi of the 21st century.
Today, the third generation has taken up the torch with the same devotion to hospitality.
Es Saadi, or “the contented one”, bears its destiny in its name.
